Procedure:

œ         Exit out of the Outlook 2003 client

œ         Download the application from the this link and install it in the system. 
(Just click the link, then RUN, then next until you get the finish prompt then click finish)

œ         Launch the Outlook client over again and disable the OAB download settings in Office Outlook 2003

To disable the OAB download settings in Office Outlook 2003:

œ         Start Office Outlook 2003.

œ         On the Tools menu, point to Send/Receive, point to Send/Receive Settings click on Define send/receive Groups.

œ         The Send/Receive Settings dialog box appears.

œ         Select the account and click on Edit.

œ         Uncheck the option Download Offline Address Book.

œ         Click OK and Close to finish.
